Curdled

Backstory - I was in the basement at work which is where the print room has been moved to and during the course of the refurbishment somebody neglected to deal with a bottle of milk. It had completely separated out into half liquid and half creamy looking curdledness.

We had left over milk at work a couple of Fridays ago and I bought a bottle home for my friend to use and then found out she doesn't drink milk either and I decided to run a little experiment for photographic purposes.

So this is at two weeks, and it has been in the fridge until today. I'm going to see how long it takes to separate out completely. I shall keep you up to date.
