Retail Therapy
It was one of those days when things turned out differently than planned. It started with our neighbour letting us know that the patio man was round. He came round to give us a quote for quite a substantial bit of work involving steps, paths, drainage and retaining walls. He can start just after Easter or July. I think we'll go for the earlier option.
Next off to the car wash for a mini-valet. While that was going on we had lunch in the adjacent garden centre cafe. Off to the surgery to pick up my prescription. Next the post office for some stamps. Luckily there was a parking space free, as the traffic revenue collection officer was on the prowl.
Waitrose was next and then to Ashford Designer outlet - which is where this photo was taken. We didn't spend very much - mainly some trainers for Diana, followed by tea and scones.
