new to me..?

we feed around 75 pigeons daily. They are not ours but we feed them.
& my brothers raised pigeons when I was little, many different kinds.
but this one surprised me in that it is so dark. It has the teal iridescence around his neck and maybe a touch of white/gray under its beak, but he is not the gray & wihte combination most of the others are. And while the other 30 were on the electrical & phone lines, he alone was on the "barn" roof - ostracized? Maybe I should ask Oryhomeboy if he knows what this one is. (Hey, Bro, have you seen the likes of this before?)
