Dear SealSkinz

I set out today ready for the weather and was actually thinking with 10miles to go, "I've been quite lucky really, it hasn't rained and has even been a bit warm." Obviously the universe heard me and decided to test me out and made it rain hard for the ride home!
This gave me plenty of time to mentally compose my email to SealSkinz the makers of these 'waterproof' gloves. I have been meaning to ask them - If seals spend alot of their time cold and wet?
If seals are really full of water?
If they had surveyed many seals to see if they are happy with the waterproof capabilities of their skin?
Was it Seal the singer that they meant and not the aquatic creature?
......Or maybe seals only spend 29mins in the sea at a time - because after 30mins these things are useless!
