First morning

I hardly slept, what with the increasing discomfort of the bump and the excitement of the new house. After two hours of fidgeting I got up and crept through to the bathroom to peek out at the view. It was the first time I'd seen the harbour in sunshine, and at 6.30 in the morning it was so gorgeously golden and calm that I audibly gasped. The iPhone hardly does it justice, but it was this view that sold us the house, and any anxieties we'd had yesterday when we moved in in the rain disappeared as soon as I saw this.
