A shawl for mum

My mum has cancer. At first they thought a mastectomy would be enough but after the op, tests showed that it had spread. I've knit this shawl for her so she can keep her shoulders warm while having chemotherapy. It's got lots of mistakes in it, and I'm not entirely happy with it, but hopefully she will like it and will feel loved when wearing it.
