The kids win yet again!

This is Maedhbh, (pronounced Mave) (from the first McCarthy Report) and her big brother Luke.

Maedhbh is as lovely as ever, as nosy as ever, has her first two teeth and can contort into a few bendy yoga moves mid goo-goos and giggles.

I wish I had a big brother like Luke (aged 8).

He is a talker, a thinker, has quite the imaginary brain, supberb hoovering skills for his age, can roll sideways down steep hills, can balance on top of playground climbing poles and the like...he perhaps needs to work on his crossing-the-road-safely skills but the best talent of all is that he is an excellent big brother.

I forsee a lot of fun between himself and Maedhbh in the not too distant future.

Look after your little sister Luke for she will be looking up to you as she gets older. So cross that road safely...
