Primroses in the woods

Remembered the start of British Summer Time, but decided at last minute to go to the morning rather than the evening service. We were only 10 minutes late, allowing for getting the meat in the oven.

After lunch (with some lovely Lindemans Bin 50 Shiraz 2005) we took some photos of the garden before the paving work starts this Tuesday. Down in the woods at the bottom of the garden, the primroses were pushing through, but there don't seem to be so many bluebells coming up this year. I took a close up of one of the primrose flowers but managed to focus just beyond the flower on the leaves, so this general view is the next best.
