I have wanted to Blip this machine for a while, so I was thrilled to be there when the roasting was in progress.

We waited for the second crack of the beans - as shown by this chap at the Sedona Coffee Roaster and then there was the swoosh as the beans were released into the cooling tray.

When I was looking for a clip to illustrate the process, I discovered this one from samiam's part of the World, but posted on a UK website. The World is so big and so small these days ;-)

This plant New Zealand Native is related to the coffee plant.
