Meet Charlie ...

The more observant of you (did you notice I didn't mention age?) might recognise Charlie Mouse.

Charlie Mouse was one of Bagpuss's friends. He introduced "The Marvellous, Mechanical Mouse Organ". I loved Charlie Mouse so much that at school, my friend and I used to make up new words to his songs and sing them in high pitched squeaky voices as a round (that is if two of you can sing in a round?).

Now - as of yesterday in fact - this particular Charlie Mouse lives with me. He was given to me by the most wonderful person in my life.

Charlie Mouse means the world to me, but much as I love him, my heart belongs to the person who gave him to me.
