Another one of those days ...

Today hasn't been disastrous, just nothing seems to have gone right. A couple of hours of unpaid overtime tacked on to the end of an otherwise calm day, in a fruitless attempt to fix a problem that occurred right at the end of the day was followed by a postponed run due to wind, rain, lethargy, and running a couple of hours late (see above). And the attempt at comfort food, in my case a warm fresh loaf of bread fresh from the machine after a patient three and a half hour wait, soon became a stodgy pile of dough once the knife had made an attempt at the first slice. I couldn't even get this blog right on discovering that "One of those days" has been done before ...

I think this mouse had the right idea - just dive in, bury your head from the rest of the world and gorge! For several minutes he was oblivious to the human being stood right behind him with a camera.
