Back to work and feeling lots better today.

Was hoping to get the house on the market soon but turns out even just to port our mortgage we would need at least a 10% deposit. Unfortunately I do not have £18000 just lying around so I will have to wave good bye to my dream bungalow in Little Blakenham. Got a lottery ticket for tomorrow though so wish me luck!
