The Snow Fairy Calls Again

Awoke to snow again this morning. The ground was not cold enough for it to build up much, but the forecast is for far worse tomorrow. I ventured out to stock up on animal feed and everyone I met was lamenting the dreadful winter that we have had. The sheep and lambs would normally be enjoying some fresh grass at this time of year, but there is none. Some farmers are feeding neeps to the sheep, others, like me, are continuing to feed hay and concentrates.

I don't know what the small bright light near the gate is on this pic, but I like to think that it was the Snow Fairy making a quick exit when she saw me coming....
