or even carrot peel ;) This was the moment before throwing it in the air in some funny/desperate attempt to be artistic. This evening I cooked what was supposed to be a chilli prawn stir fry, but it turned out more like a chilli prawn soup which was a little bit too sweet for my liking. So next time I will make it with rice, to soak up the extra liquid, more fresh chilli and less sweet chilli sauce.
