little feather

Wet 'n' windy today - not me - the weather!! Looks like English summer is over, it lasted all of a week.

Had nothing else to do - cooked, cleaned, washed, ironed, believe me I was desperate for some other distraction 'cos a domestic goddess I am not!.

Spent most of the time staring out of the window at the rain coming down and then spotted this little feather looking rather forlorn caught on a branch.

Ah well back to the chores, fingers crossed for tomorrow to be drier.
