Frame-making ends

Last lesson today. This is my second completed frame.

Pine wood; cut, glued, underpinned, sanded down, stained with a few coats of an oak stain, coated with 3 coats of shellac, sanded down again, waxed with a dark wax, polished up.

I didn't think this one would amount to much as it didn't look too clever when I started it. But I think it turned out quite well. And I'm glad I thought to frame one of my aboriginal prints in it.
