Finally, Success!!

While this is likely totally meaningless to most of you, this is my assay (MTS). The top row is supposed to be yellow (a control) while the next row should be brown (another control). Then the color should fade from brown to yellow again by the last row.

It FINALLY worked!! I solved the problem I'd been having since Oct/Nov of last year which is amazingly relieving. Now I can move on to all the other important experiments I've had to put off until this problem was fixed.

So while I was super busy today with a long night ahead of me, it feels good. I am once again making forward progress. What a sweet, sweet moment it was.

I have persevered.
