My first rose of summer

Today I have been very lazy, for tomorrow, I have been invited to go blipping with EZhighway, and Spence. EZ, is, in my opinion, a true master of bird photography; (his insects are non too shabby either). I intend to watch and learn, and hopefully manage a few good shots of my own. In preparation for this, I sat in the garden, with my camera on my knee, drinking coffee and hoping some attractive winged, bipedal, endothermic, egg-laying, vertebrate animals would flutter past; no such luck. So, I blipped this little rose, and then, although it is perfectly lovely as it is, I promptly played around with it.
Expect better things tomorrow, always supposing I don't fall out of the boat. (Only joking EZ!)
