Looks like a mess
Well, in a way it is..
I cannot give too much details.
We had some problems with the bearings of a unit and here I'm looking from the steamturbine into the direction of the gasturbine.
The block in the middle is supporting the shaft without bearings to make preparations to machine the shaft.
The orange tarpaulin is covering the bearing of the gasturbine which is normal to prevent things from falling in.
On the right you see a small measuring clock. These you find at several strategic places around the shaft to make sure it's in the right position.
Left and right you see big tie rods to clamp the gasturbinecasing together with the steamturbinecasing to : make them act like one" casing.
In the back: the (now covered) holes where the burners normally fit in.
