Battle with new technology

Went all Modern on Sunday, got Broadband. Also lost our telephone! Could only call out, not receive calls. After many E.mails and phone calls to the Help Line, after 3 Engineers gave me 3 different explanations and cures, the last of which cut off all contact with the Outside World, I finally found one who told me how to Reset my Fritzbox, so at least we can call out and said he would send me a cable so we can have our old Telecom number back. We shall see........
