Busy day at reception which was good as there was no heating at work until about 4pm. Apparently work has a very complicated heating system & it is hard to fix & maintain.

I still had the electric heater at work from the last time the heating went off, I never got round to taking it home. L took my heater to her desk without asking me & was not please when I took it off her & she made a right fuss about it. She was so embarrassed when she took a breath & I told her I bought it 2 years ago & it was mine not the office's, what a red face she had, it was rather funny. We both laughed about it later, but she really does get carried away with herself at times.
