One of those Fat Cats

This guy was sitting on the roof of our neighbours shed, in full view of the dogs but totally out of range of them.
They loudly exclaimed how they were dogs, hence the barking and he was just a cat and should be scared or simple more scarce
All he was actually was smug. He was as good at smug as Le Hound and McDevil Dog are at barking.
