Clumber Buggy Walk
The last Wed nesday of every month is the buggy walk at Clumber Park which is a national trust park. Its organised by Basset Law council and its free. Basicly what happens is that loads of Mummies and Daddies with buggies in hand all turn up at 10am in the morning and we all meet at the clock tower. It looks kind of strange to other folks out for an early walk when they see 40-50 buggies all lined up and ready to go!
We all set off with walk leaders (who know the park like the back of their hands) wearing their yellow vests, and follow them round pushing our little ones. We then split into 2 groups. Those that want to go on the longer faster walk (no thanks) and then their is the group me and my fellow mummy friends can be found on.... the slower shorter 'lets get back to the cafe as fast as we can for cake and tea walk'
