Frying Pan Man!

This is Mathieu, one of the retreat participants.....clearly not obliging the "official retreat photographer" !

We've had a glorious day here at our Spring Retreat....sunny, warm and full of peaceful good humor! after a day of sitting meditation, walking meditation and a dvd on some buddhist dharhma - done mostly in silence.....it's so amusing to watch the transformation that takes place at the dinner table - great food, wine and very animated conversations!

9.30pm and everyone has taken off to their own space, a couple of folks are in the kitchen, preparing part of tomorrow's breakfast (cornmeal pancakes and fresh maple syrup) ....and i'm just hanging out at the computer for a bit longer!
