The Icing On The Cake

On my way to the studio I went past the Easter Chocolate Festival - so much temptation! This is one of the fine examples available to buy.

But what are they? I remember we used to call them Fairy Cakes, now they are mostly called Cup Cakes. Anyone have any idea?
