Cooking prawns for the fideua we ate in the garden for lunch today. Fideua is paella made with pasta instead of rice - we used cuttlefish, prawns, red and green peppers, clams and some of our own olives. There's a picture of the finished dish on my blog - here - and I'll be putting the recipe on my Mediterranean cuisine blog in a few days' time, after the visitors have gone.
