On the way home

End of a tiring but fun day in my Peggy Hen costume as one of the characters in the Port Sunlight Easter trail. Luckily the sun shone most of the afternoon and most of the 200 or so children were delightful.

On the way back I noticed that at last the daffodils are opening up. Staggered up the steps for some hot coffee and a little piece of Easter egg. It's hard work being a chicken.
