Enjoying the fresh air on our bikes around Willen

This was really good fun! I spent all day with Rachel, cycling along the Grand Union Canal (finding geocaches) and then we ended up cycling around Willen Lake. Rachel made me get off my bike at each "exercise area". I was leapfrogging, push ups, monkey bars, hurdles etc - boy do I ache now!

Back to the Trailer Tent for a large glass of wine, whilst snuggled up with Rachel in the sleeping bags and electric blanket, whilst watching Gavin & Stacey on the Iphone!
