Slept all night and none of us seem to be struggling with jet lag so the 'stay awake as long as possible' programme was a big success. Still a bit cool and windy but nice for walking so we drove around the Christchurch area, checked out lots of lovely views, had lunch and had several walks, including one along a clifftop looking for penguins which didn't appear and who could blame them. Great first full day of our holiday. This is C and his fan club S&J!
