It doesn't matter if it is summer...

There's always time for comfort food; unless of course you have to stop just after you've started cooking for a language lesson, which carries on until 9 o'clock, by which time it is much too late to mess about adding stock ladle by ladle. So instead you eat a hurriedly made egg banjo ;-]

Still, on the bright side I may have invented "semi" instant risotto, I'd best give Fray Bentos the nod!
