Council Madness

I took the boys down to my parents house after lunch, they live on the Headland very close to the sea front. I thought that we could take the boys to the paddling pool as it was such a nice day again, but how wrong I was. During possibly the best weather this summer our paddling pool is empty!! There was two very disappointed boys.
