dips & drops dancing workshop on sat - so many aches! but not from being dropped!

saying goodbye (again) to my daughter

dancing (with the aches!) for 4 hrs till the early hours of this morning

less than 5 hrs' sleep then up to spend the day with young granddaughters at the science festival


so no energy left for anything more imaginative (the centre leaves of this golden thyme are about 1mm across)
