A mesh of barbed wire

Back in old blighty... and the sun made me feel right at home by shining for most of the day.

This afternoon we went for a walk along the beach and I thoroughly enjoyed the bracing wind after the tropical heat. I had clocked this rusty barbed wire a while ago and wanted a clear day to take a blip as I thought the rust and the darkness of the subject would contrast with a bright blue sky - having said that I still find this image rather dark.
