Day of Extremes

Today has been rather strange.

This afternoon, I was very upset to hear that my brother and his wife have split up. I am so very sad for them both and my brother and I cried on the phone together. I am sure we will cry some more together over the coming days and weeks.

In contrast, I went to an amazing exercise class tonight called Zumba! It was crazy and I have never laughed so hard while exercising before! I was like a crazy dance class with bells on!
