Rules!

Yes, we have seen snorkelers out around the rocks hunting for lobster. But not us, we are rules followers and we wouldn't take a chance at being caught, the fines are very heavy. Tomorrow! Tomorrow is our day to get out in the water and snorkel around the rocks with our tickle stick and bag, and maybe we'll get lucky!
