Tower House, Dalmeny

This is the Tower House, which you pass at Dalmeny on the route from Edinburgh to South Queensferry, on the Firth of Forth. I think this is now a private dwelling but could not find anything on t'internet to confirm this.

Dusted down the bicycle today and cycled out to South Queensferry for lunch. It was a bright but windy day and the outing was much more arduous than it should have been, given my lack of exercise over the past few weeks months. Now feeling quite virtuous as I write this, sitting with my glowing pink cheeks - both on my face and at my rear-end - drinking a glass of wine whilst the dinner cooks.

Took quite a few shots of the bridges, as you do when you are in SQ, but decided on this one as I liked the new, strong green growth in the fields in the foreground.
