Kitty's Pond

I spent the morning inspecting some of the ponds we have on site ready for education sessions in the coming months.

Legend has it that kitty's pond is named after a young servant girl who worked at the 'Big House'. Apparently she was found dead in the pond and the rumour was that she was pregnant! but who was the father?
Did she commit suicide or was she pushed?

On certain nights of the year she can be seen walking around the edge of the pond and if you listen carefully you can hear gently weeping.
