Sea Flowers

The working day seems even more difficult to get through during the holidays when you know everyone else is at home off of work and school.

Split the day up again with a quick walk on the beach at Longniddry Bents....sometimes seems to be the only thing that keeps me sane at work.

The recent winds had blown up all sorts of interesting flotsam on the beach ranging from this quite beautiful seaweed, to the unusual 'Sea Potatoes' through to the surreal Traffic cone.
