Chicken Shekuwa

Something a little different today!

I have been craving some good Nepalese food since we got back from our charity trip to Nepal at the beginning of February.

The Gurkha Chef newly opened at Palmerston Road opposite Union Sq did not dissapoint!

This Chicken Shekuwa was delightful. If was a toss up between this & the Chhoila for me! Today Shekuwa won! Sylvia plummed for her usual of Mono's (Steamed lamb dumplings)

I followed up with Himalayan Garlic chicken. The whole meal was delightful & we're glad there is a Nepalese open in Aberdeen.

Thoroughly reccomended!
