Downtown Los Angeles can double for just about any large city in the US and get the cars driving on the wrong side of the road it can even double for some places in the UK :)
Today at lunch, I notice that another film crew is using downtown for it's location. I'm told it's for a Fast Food commercial. I love all the action in this blip. People moving, shouting and standing around. Lights, Camera, ACTION
