I'm Not a Pheasant Plucker...

...I'm a pheasant pigskin crackling roaster.

Bereft of bacon to place on the pheasant to roast it I thought I'd try some of the pigskin we keep in the freezer for making crackling, works a treat!

First day back at work after the weekend, RAF Leuchars is coming on and I'm still enjoying the whole thing in general, though I was very tired today after the weekend.
