Have you ever wonder how your noodles are being made? Well, it started with Marco Polo bringing back from the China what we call pasta today.

The Chinese noodles is traditionally created from a dough through constant kneading. But pulling & stretching the dough it soon forms into string like noodles.

It takes many years of hard work before a chef is able to create noodles of consistent thickness and length.
