Tranquillity

I had a little break from packing my bags, I'm going to Auckland so see three friends I haven't seen for about 16 years. We were students when we met and had left home, ready to venture into the big wide world. Two have travelled extensively and two have raised families.  Its a bond that formed all those years, yet we all went our own way and now the time is right to meet again.

I leave you with another scene from the beautiful Kaiapoi River.  Today was perfect, bright blue sky, hardly a cloud, gentle breeze and warm in the sun.
