The best dessert ever

Now if you follow this blip you will maybe know I don't have a sweet tooth - give me crisps, cheese and peanuts any day. Goretex will tell you my frequent cry is "it's too sweet". However, we were out for lunch today in the Dolls House in St Andrews and this mango and almond roulade was the best dessert ever (well apart from all the desserts Goretex makes which are also the best).
