This creature was kind enough to pose for me before I went for a run. T-shirt, shorts and sunnies - makes things all a bit more pleasurable!!

Very calm and peaceful out there this morning - cant put it into words that do it justice. Saw 4 Duke of Edinburgh groups starting their expeditions and chuckled as the last lot I saw here about 4 weeks ago had all their waterproofs on and their map cases being blown about madly slapping them repeatedly in their faces - they looked totally fed up. A different experience for them today. Less 'character building'!

Drove up to Sutton later on took Mum out for lunch and a 'push' along Boxhill.
