This day

I don't beleive it!

A nice long lie and for once I got up and plootered about at the computer in my jamies (something I actually never do!)
Knock knock on the door! so I gingerly open it and there behind it is one of my 5 sisters in law! eeeeekkkkk I ask her in knowing that the house resembles the wreck of the Hesperus! In she comes with mute boyfriend, ( a nice big chap but he just sits there and says absoulutly nothing!) I run up and abracadabra I am changed. Back down and make them tea etc while I am furiously trying to work out where to take them or how to pass my rapidly disintegrating day.

About half an hour later I discover they are actually on their way HOME as they have been up in the Highlands for a weeks holiday (did the releif show in my face? did my furrowed brow unforrow?) Saved. Anyhows after an hour or so they departed on their merry way, not that I don't mind my outlaws calling, its just I like to be better prepared!

A beautiful day here so in late afternoon I took a wander down to Inveraray and grabbed a few pictures, this is the the old bridge built in 1773

Picked up #2 daughter from work (who has just dropped a full bottle of juice on her bedroom floor above me and fused my sitting room light and is busy trying to wipe 4 litres of coke off her floor! ) anyhows on the way home with her did the pesky police no stop me AGAIN!!! How many flaming times is that? I still havnt sent away the last docket they gave me! they said "good evening madam" " do you know one of your lights is out" I answered sweetly " ooh not again officer" (#2 daughter creasing herself laughing) I felt this was not creating a good impression on said piggies I mean officers. After checking all my remaining lights, brakes indicators and tyres, they let me of "with a warning madam" As soon as I reached the house and gave the light a bang...it worked, why cant they do that? Why dont they chase proper ctiminals God I sound like a recod thats got stuck!

Finally, I have discovered second day macaronie doesnt heat well in the microwave.. its welded to my plate

I feel the need to make a Gaelic coffee to get over this.

Oh I almost forgot, there was one good thing today, my horse won the Grand National.

Have a good blip evening all blipettes
