Relax

Went to a Canix (running with dogs race) at Glentrool today, it was very hot!

My boys ran really well and both got placed in their age groups, I had a longer race 6K and it was very very hard, up hill a lot and hot. Jura did me proud though.

Back home I decided to assemble the hammock I had got at Christmas (thanks Killerqueen) it had no instructions but google to the rescue and we found a pdf on line.

I spent quite some time relaxing on it (check out speedy's blip) and have made up a few "Hammock Rules"

No 1 - If I want on it you get off
No 2 - No swinging it when I have a cup of tea in my hand
No3 - Dogs are welcome, unless I have a cup of tea in my hand
(or other liquid, wine, Magners etc.)
No4 - If you want me to throw your ball it needs to be put in my hand or at least in reach of my hand.
No 5 - A cup of tea would be nice
