No appetite

Just when I thought all was well - the bug that laid me low last week is back. It's fine in the grand scheme of things but has slowed me right down, kept me in the house all day and is holding back my running and studying.

Above is a tray of homemade flapjack that still needs some help to be finished off. Bought by my mother at a fundraising cake stall, after haggling for the whole tray rather than individual pieces, she knew that my father and I would have no problem delighting in finishing it off. Not me, today, I can't face it. That's how I know things aren't right ...
