How to gut a Trout

It was another fantastic sunny day today. After Mum and Dad left Anne and I did some gardening - to try to make it respectable enough to host a barbeque. Catherine took Orla to mass. Then Scott came to help out with the garden.

Catherine brought a huge trout, caught by her neighbour Derek. Pat did a trout gutting demonstration for me and Scott.
