Enjoying the sun

Another beautiful day. Sun splitting the skies. Headed up to Princes street and into the garden. Got some really nice shots of Scott's monument, oh and a very tempting ice cream van, but I managed to fight the urge off.

A day for photographing people enjoying the sun after such a horrible winter. Even this young lad seems to have dragged himself away from his playstation and ventured out, though I think he is playing safe and decided to bring his raincoat too :o)

Back home and did a bit of gardening for an hour then sat and enjoyed the last of the sunshine. The best Sunday in a long time.
